Sterile Tank Systems

• As link between UHT and Packaging units, sterile tank not only guarantees a consistent quality of the products, but also avoid multiple heating of products during stopping the production or overloading of packaging machine. The sterile storage of aseptic products ensures non-stop use of the packaging machine even during CIP process.
• Depend on the production volume, capacity of tank is from 0.5 ton to 10 tons.
• This unit can be used independent and also enable the flexible combination of servarl process and packaging lines. Different products can be filled simultaneously without manpower.

Production Safety

TDS’ Sterile tank units make sure the production security by isopiestic and temperature. We also equipped with steam controlling in the outpart of Sterile tanks. Which will get up to a constant aseptic process environment.

Pre-assembling

In the workshop, Aseptic atomosphia and Steam generator were assembled in the skid. Which will minimize the assembling time onsite and also ensure its sterilization.
