Optimized Product Quality

Deaeration systems supplement the GEA Tuchenhagen Dairy System's range and ensure optimized quality of products. The production of fruit jui­ces, for example, is carried out by us­ing the deaeration systems for success­ful reduction of oxygen with integral aroma recovery. Oxidation and foam­ing during filling of the product are thus effectively prevented. Ideal re­sults are also achieved to isolate off­-flavors. Re-combined products or products mixed with powdery substan­ces are rapidly available for subse­quent production stages due to re­moval of the nondissolved air. Large deaeration tanks and a special product feed ensure high effectiveness. Based on the ideal integration of the deaera­tion unit into the processing plant, cleaning cycles remain economical and short mixing phases.
