Deaeration systems supplement the GEA Tuchenhagen Dairy System's range and ensure optimized quality of products. The production of fruit juices, for example, is carried out by using the deaeration systems for successful reduction of oxygen with integral aroma recovery. Oxidation and foaming during filling of the product are thus effectively prevented. Ideal results are also achieved to isolate off-flavors. Re-combined products or products mixed with powdery substances are rapidly available for subsequent production stages due to removal of the nondissolved air. Large deaeration tanks and a special product feed ensure high effectiveness. Based on the ideal integration of the deaeration unit into the processing plant, cleaning cycles remain economical and short mixing phases.
